Producers’ Manifesto

And producerswill be the first

Humanity built the Tower of Babel of globalism: total connectivity, the world as a hypermarket of meanings. Today the tower is falling.

A tower of people and connections; at its foot, participants grow a giant turnip together
The tower is falling

“My God is not your god”

the motto of the coming era

We almost reached the sky — a level where anyone can assemble a personal reality and a personal god from fragments of spiritual practices, philosophical quotes and aesthetic experiences. Tradition is no longer the arbiter, just one niche content package on the menu.

Tech companies and media giants have shaken the foundations of the old grand narratives. Nation states and global political and financial institutions have lost their monopoly on myth. Elite attempts to force the world back into the old script only accelerate the entropy.

What can stand against entropy? A new group identity — based not on “blood and soil”, but on a way of thinking and acting.

Who are we?

Producers

  1. 01

We sell intellect, symbols and creativity.

  2. 02

We work with many kinds of capital: ideas, money, connections, attention, reputation, administrative leverage.

  3. 03

We see the starting point and the goal — and build the route along the way.

  4. 04

We accept uncertainty as the norm: for us, chaos is a construction site.

  5. 05

We think in projects; we have no fixed team.

  6. 06

Each project of ours is a small universe that lives exactly as long as it needs to.

  7. 07

AI will never replace us: only we can set goals, invent and act.

We are not building a new Tower of Babel of loners, but a networked Community based on mutually beneficial collaborations.

01What belongs to us?
Nothing. Our audience isn’t ours. Our accounts are rented. Our projects are flashes on platforms. We have no rights, no collective voice, no representation, no agency.
02What do we want?
To set the rules of the platform game ourselves, to get the resources to realise our ideas, and to build relationships that give birth to new mutually beneficial projects.
03What stands in our way?
The product manager thinks he’s in IT, the developer thinks he’s a builder, the blogger thinks she’s an artist. We don’t see ourselves as one community of creators of intellectual value — so we can’t stand up for our interests.
People queue at a giant factory metronome, each holding a small orange spark
How will we get there?

Nobody pulls the turnip out alone

A loner can’t build a complex product or shout over the noise of the scroll — they are doomed to fight for attention with millions of other loners.

  • Collaborationcreates an event that stands out from background content
  • Collaborationunites audiences
  • Collaborationconnects competencies
  • Collaborationmeans profit and growing capitalisation
  • Collaborationcreates Relationships

People of different professions light an orange fire together on a shared table

How can we unite?

In place of the tower of loners, we are building a horizontal, distributed, living network with a multi-agent system that helps create mutually beneficial collaborations. A tool for every producer’s dream — the freedom to bring their ideas to life.
